Yes! Choose from over 30 meals each week. Log in to your account, go to “Delivery calendar,” and select “Edit meal plan.” You can customise your menu up to 3 weeks in advance. Any extra costs or deductions will be updated in your basket. If you don’t choose meals, our algorithm will select them based on your preferences.
Main meals range from £6 - £9. Your weekly price is shown after your plan is created, based on your selections.
Once your plan is set, proceed to checkout, enter your details, select your delivery start day (Sunday or Wednesday), and provide payment information. We accept Debit/Credit Cards, including American Express.
We operate on a subscription basis, so your plan renews weekly, with payment taken once a week.

Yes, you can skip deliveries or cancel your subscription. To skip, go to ‘deliveries’ and click ‘skip delivery.’ To cancel, log in, go to ‘my plan,’ and click ‘cancel subscription.’ Your cancellation will take effect after all paid meals have been delivered.
No, we have cut-offs: Wednesday 8pm for Sunday delivery and Sunday 8pm for Wednesday delivery. This contributes to reducing food waste, so changes are not possible after the cut-off.

We carefully source our ingredients: our beef, chicken, and turkey are Red Tractor approved, leafy greens are UK-grown, herbs are locally sourced, and our fish is ASC assured.
Each menu item includes a full macro and ingredients breakdown, which is also on the food container labels.
Yes, all our meals use halal-suitable ingredients. We do not handle pork or alcohol on our premises.
Our meals are freshly prepared, cooked twice a week, and delivered to your door. Just heat and eat in minutes.
You can cook them in the oven by removing the top film lid and following the oven cook instructions. If the instructions aren’t available yet, it means we are still working on them. Always ensure meals are fully heated before consuming.
Meals last 3 days in the fridge after delivery, as we don’t use artificial preservatives.
Highlight any allergens when ordering, and our system will flag any meals containing them and remove them from your plan. Full ingredient breakdowns are available on the menu page. Note: despite our efforts, bones and shells may remain.

Meals are packed with ice packs and insulation to keep them cool until you get home.
Yes, our food trays and sauce pots are recyclable, and the film lid can be recycled with soft plastics. Our ice packs can be reused or emptied (washed down the sink with warm water) and recycled. Additionally, our outer packaging, including the insulation and cardboard box, is recyclable.
We deliver once or twice a week, depending on your plan, as our meals are cooked fresh. Order by 8pm on Wednesday for Sunday delivery, or by 8pm on Sunday for Wednesday delivery.
We deliver to mainland UK, but some areas in Scotland are excluded due to delivery time constraints.
In London, meals are delivered by Evri, with an ETA and tracking details provided on the morning of delivery. Outside London, DPD delivers, and you can track via the DPD app.
Delivery is free when you spend £45 on a 3-day plan or £75 on a 5 or 6-day plan. Otherwise, delivery costs £6 per delivery.
No problem. At checkout, specify a safe place for delivery. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text with an option to update these instructions. Proof of delivery will be provided via the tracking link, including a photo of where the parcel was left.
