Frive reserve the right to change, modify or withdraw the promo code incentives at any time without any prior notice. The details of the scheme are not a contract, nor is it implied to be one. We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms & Conditions in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.
We aim to process all orders, cook, package and despatch within the guidelines provided.

- Frive gift cards (each “gift card”) are available for purchase

Gift cards may be acquired for own use or as gifts for other persons by completing the acquisition requirements of our Gift Card purchase terms. Use of any Gift Card confirms the holder's acceptance of these Conditions and terms of use. By providing the contact details of any other individual who is the intended recipient of an Gift Card, the purchaser confirms that the relevant individual has explicitly consented to their personal details being shared with us for such purpose.
- Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of acquisition. No cash refund is available for expired gift cards not validly used within this period.
- The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon their electronic transmission by Frive to the purchaser or other designated recipient. Frive assumes no responsibility in the event any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Frive is not responsible for verifying any user of any Gift Card or confirming product delivery address against any holder address or otherwise. If a holder can establish theft of an Gift Card to our reasonable satisfaction, Frive will take steps to deactivate the same and reissue a replacement to the same registered holder for any unredeemed value thereon but will not be liable in respect of any use of the Gift Card before any such deactivation.
- Gift cards allow the holder to purchase food products exclusively from our website

and not through any other website and gift cards may not be used for any other products or services. Gift cards may not be used to purchase further gift cards.
- Gift cards will be redeemed at the point of product purchase once the unique code is entered at the online checkout. Once products are purchased using a Gift Card, all applicable terms in relation to such products are governed by our usual Terms and Conditions and no other special terms apply.
- Gift cards may be used in complete payment of products where the unredeemed value of the Gift Card equals or exceeds (in which case the unredeemed value of the Gift Card may be used for payment in relation to future orders) the purchase price of the products ordered or in partial payment where the unredeemed value is less than the total purchase price subject to the balance of the total purchase price being properly paid. Gift cards may, unless otherwise stated on our website at the point of sale, be used in relation to discount or other offers on our website but Frive reserves the right to exclude the use of Gift Card codes on specific products or other discounts or other offers at its discretion.
- Frive is not responsible should any Gift Card not be live or not work at any point of purchase due to any technical issue including any such out of our reasonable control. Frive does not warrant its website is glitch free at any point in time. Frive will endeavour to correct any technical or other issue as quickly as we reasonably can but shall not be liable for any loss of discount or other offer which any holder of a Gift Card has been unable to use in the meantime.
- Save for any right of the purchaser to cancel a Gift Card purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date (or as otherwise specified) under any applicable remote sales legislation, no Gift Card may be redeemed for cash in any circumstances or used in relation to any other purchase or service from Frive or from any other person.
- Any Gift Card may only be used once by its holder and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published either directly or indirectly in any form. Frive reserves the right to cancel and deactivate any Gift Card Frive has grounds to believe has been used or attempted to have been used in any improper manner (without prejudice to any other rights Frive may have in relation to any such improper conduct or attempted conduct) or otherwise where theft or fraud is suspected.
- Frive may make special discounts or other offers available exclusively for or in relation to gift cards. Frive reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw any such discounts or offers at any time.
- These terms do not affect statutory rights of Gift Card purchasers as UK consumers.
